Today's episode features Beau Sackey, Co-founder of Plendify, a B2B market place app for connecting buyers and suppliers in Ghana.

Prior to co-founding Plendify, Beau spent over 15 years in management consulting working with Accenture, Deloitte and PwC. He has a breadth of experience working for Fortune 500 companies across several industries including banking/finance, telecommunications, manufacturing and retail.

We discuss Beau's journey across 4 different countries before eventually starting his own company and moving back to Ghana. He shares the importance of having a good network of people that you can trust in order to help you achieve you goals.

Beau believes in servant leadership and not asking someone else to do something that he wouldn't be willing to do himself.
